IT'S SUMMER.

so this spring has been pretty good so far... i'm feeling pretty content with everything. a little stressed, a little tired, and sort of regretting not drawing a lot lately, but at least i'm writing again! it's been months since i've been able to work on a story, i've been focusing only on poetry. i might submit it when i look over it a bit... i'm not sure if i'm satisfied with how it's started yet.

so this weekend i'm heading up to camden and hopefully i'll be taking pictures...i find that town very inspiring. i always get some really great shots there, so i'll probably be posting when i get back.

Ok, so i'm thinking i should update my journal since i haven't posted anything since january 26th. So here it is. Nothing new happening, really... other than the fact that I'm really glad that the dance was cancelled yesterday and the baseball game in connecticut was rescheduled to today and not next friday or whenever the dance is gonna be now. so yeah. just thought i should let you know.

oh and btw i'm officially 15, as of this past tuesday. and i have an iPod nano. so life isn't too bad at the moment.

last night was coffeehouse and it was AWESOME. i played a coldplay song and i think it went pretty well... although i forgot the lyrics a few times, but that's all right. and one of my really good friends showed up, which was pretty awesome.
i haven't really been doing a lot of artwork recently, but i think i've got a show coming up this spring sometime and i'll be getting ready for that. i'll post up some stuff soon, i hope... when i feel inspired. i've been sort of consumed by schoolwork and it's been hard to get anything like that done.

if anyone's looking for some good music to listen to, check out a fine frenzy. and don't pay any attention to the review on iTunes. they don't know what they're talking about, as always.

semi was yesterday. it didn't go quite as well as i wanted it to... i'm sort of wishing i hadn't gone on one hand but on the other i'm glad. i don't know. i just wish things had gone differently. so... anyway. that's about it.
